The Illinois High School Association and the Illinois Department of Public Health gave the go-ahead for student-athletes to workout over the summer, and a large group of players were ready to get back to some type of normal even if it didn’t necessarily mean hitting volleyballs. It’s at least something.
Coal City started summer conditioning on Wednesday and over 150 athletes who responded to a survey online, were in attendance their first week.
