6th annual Christmas parade in Braidwood

Save the date of Saturday, Dec. 2, for the sixth annual Braidwood Christmas parade and festivities.
    The tree lighting will be held at 5 p.m. across from Braidwood City Hall, 141 W. Main St.
    Immediately following the tree lighting, the parade will begin on Mitchell Street and end at the new elementary school, 162 S. School St. Everyone is invited to bring their classic Christmas cartoon decorated tractors, bikes and vehicles to the parade.
    There will be treats and snacks available inside and a little someone special for all to see.
    The event will be hosted by the Braidwood Chamber of Commerce, Fossil Ridge Public Library, the City of Braidwood and FORCES.
