Jim F. Lee

COAL CITY—Jim F. Lee, 26, of Coal City, passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2018 at home.
Born Feb. 25, 1992 in Naperville, James Fredrick was the son of Debbie (Smith) and Leroy Giltner and the late Robert Lynn Lee. He was raised and educated in Coal City and worked for Chicago Aerosol. Jim will always be remembered for his love of music and scary movies. Always with a quick wit and sarcastic sense of humor, he could light up a room and make everyone feel welcome. Jim was a loving uncle and devoted father to his daughter, who he cherished every moment.
Survivors include his daughter, Mikayla Willa Lee; mother and step-father: Debbie and Leroy Giltner of Coal City; two sisters: Breann Giltner, of Coal City and Shandra Phillips, of Mazon; nieces and nephews: Morgan, Maddie, Bella, Serenity, Marshall and Kaleb, and numerous cousins, as well as close friends: Ryan, Josh, Matt and Cricket.
Jim was preceded in death by his father, Robert; paternal grandparents: Marie and Fred Lee; maternal grandparents: Dean and Jim Smith; step-grandparents: Joe and Rose Delaney and Larry Giltner; aunt Phyllis Green, uncle Ray Smith and cousin Jennifer Taylor.
Visitation and video tribute will be Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018 at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 N. Broadway, one block north of Illinois Route 113 in Coal City from 1 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.
