Scouts selling lunch on Sunday

It’s time to kick-off the bi-annual Boy Scout bratwurst fundraiser and it starts Sunday, July 8 with a bratwurst lunch.
The community is invited to join scouts from Troop 466 and Pack 466 for lunch. Scouts will be selling bratwurst lunches from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the southeast corner of South Broadway and Division Street.
Lunch includes a bratwurst sandwich of choice—plain, parmesan garlic, bacon and cheddar or mushroom Swiss and onion—bag of chips and a water or soda for $6.50. Proceeds from the event go to support scout projects including attendance at adventure camps and expansion of the scout shelter.
Each quarter pound bratwurst comes directly from a family farm in Wisconsin and organizers report they are delicious. Full packages can also be ordered during the event and will arrive in time for Labor Day.
There is a limited quantity of bratwurst to be sold on Sunday, so arrive early and don’t miss out on a great lunch to support local scouts.
